Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Curyloop ("Service"), operated by Montarist Bilisim Yazilim Proje Danismanlik Ihracat Ithalat ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Curyloop is a collaborative knowledge management platform that enables teams to create groups, organize sessions, share links and resources, and build collective intelligence over time. The Service includes web application access, browser extensions, API access, and related features.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious content, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Content shared in public groups may be visible to all users and visitors. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. API Usage

Access to our API is subject to rate limits and usage restrictions. API keys are personal and must not be shared. We may suspend API access for abusive usage patterns. API availability is provided on a best-effort basis.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
