Advanced search

Full-text search covers item titles, descriptions, and tags. Tips for effective searching:

• Exact phrases: Search for specific terms to narrow results
• Tag browsing: Click any tag to see all items with that tag across sessions
• Discover page: Browse public sessions from other teams for inspiration

Export & import

• Export: Download any session as JSON for backup or migration
• Import: Bulk import items from a JSON file - great for migrating from other tools
• Session summaries: Generate AI-powered summaries and export them for stakeholders

Managing multiple groups

If you're in several groups:

• Use the dashboard to see activity across all groups at a glance
• Star your most important groups for quick access
• Each group has independent sessions, members, and settings

Session workflow tips

• Draft → Active → Archived: Use status transitions to manage session lifecycle
• Share tokens: Generate a share link for external stakeholders who aren't group members
• AI summaries: Generate session-level summaries to quickly recap what was discussed

Browser extension tricks

• Context menu: Right-click any link to save it directly
