Inviting Your Team
Learn how to invite members, assign roles, and manage permissions in your Curyloop group.

Send invitations
- Go to your group page and click Members or Settings
- Enter team members' email addresses
- They'll receive an email invitation with a link to join
Invited users who don't have a Curyloop account yet will be prompted to create one.
Understanding roles
Each group has three roles:
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything - manage members, change roles, delete the group |
| Admin | Manage sessions, manage items, invite/remove members |
| Member | Add items, tag, bookmark, and participate in sessions |
Managing members
- Promote to admin: As an owner, click the menu on a member and select "Promote to admin"
- Demote to member: Click the menu on an admin and select "Demote to member"
- Remove a member: Click the menu and select "Remove"
- Leave a group: If you're not the owner, you can leave via the menu next to your name
Best practices
- Keep groups focused - one per team or topic works best
- Make at least one other person admin as a backup
- Use descriptive group names so members know what to expect
