Inviting Your Team

Learn how to invite members, assign roles, and manage permissions in your Curyloop group.

Send invitations

  1. Go to your group page and click Members or Settings
  2. Enter team members' email addresses
  3. They'll receive an email invitation with a link to join

Invited users who don't have a Curyloop account yet will be prompted to create one.

Understanding roles

Each group has three roles:

RoleCan do
OwnerEverything - manage members, change roles, delete the group
AdminManage sessions, manage items, invite/remove members
MemberAdd items, tag, bookmark, and participate in sessions

Managing members

  • Promote to admin: As an owner, click the menu on a member and select "Promote to admin"
  • Demote to member: Click the menu on an admin and select "Demote to member"
  • Remove a member: Click the menu and select "Remove"
  • Leave a group: If you're not the owner, you can leave via the menu next to your name

Best practices

  • Keep groups focused - one per team or topic works best
  • Make at least one other person admin as a backup
  • Use descriptive group names so members know what to expect
